>7.02 Nirvana/Courtney Love in bitter dispute over rights to song

According to several sources, a dispute has risen between the two surviving Nirvana members, David Grohl and Krist Novoselic, and Kurt Cobain's widow, Courtney Love, over the rights to old Nirvana recordings that may be used in the forthcoming Nirvana box set. Love has requested an injunction to stop the production of, among other songs, a recording of the song "You Know You're Right", a song peformed by Nirvana just months before Cobain's suicide. Novoselic claims Love is fighting the band to strengthen her own career, while Love claims she just wants the box set to be "done correctly". triple cycle theory will continue following this story; for more details, check out http://www.nirvanaclub.com/ and http://www.hole.com/.
